'Fast personalized service and attention to detail is fantastic. We originally had a low rated web. This group came into the picture and made our website one of the top nonprofit web sites in my area. Great discounted pricing for nonprofits who are starting out. Uploading pictures and information is easy and fast. We at TREEmendous Miami are excited and happy to know Altrue and look forward to future success. Altrue provides the same type of services the leading expensive web designers do at a much more 'nonprofit' affordable price.'
'Its a great site, not to mention its service provides an awesome opportunity for non-profts to develop their website, no matter how big or small they are! The service that Altrue provides is perfect for people like me with only basic computer skills! Keep it up!'

'They are unbelievably fast. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I was treated like I was the only customer! Our website is fantastic. I can't believe how easy it was to get started and how simple it is to keep it updated.'
'You get fast, reliable and friendly service for an affordable price. These people care about what you are doing and are first concerned with getting your site up and running rather than taking your money. If you are as technologically illiterate as I am, this is a great resource because it allows you to make updates to your site with a very user-friendly interface.'
Altrue is a terrific resource for any organization seeking a good website and excellent service at a great price
Having just taken over leadership of a relatively new membership association that serves as a resource for educational institutions spanning the country, I knew we needed to get a website up and running immediately. As both our organization and the field we work in are developing rapidly, we also needed a website that could be updated very frequently. But we're a start-up organization with a limited budget, so we needed significant bang for our website buck. We got very lucky. Altrue, Inc. was more than we hoped for. Thanks to Altrue, we have gotten a versatile, well-organized and easily maintained website at a fraction of the market rate -- and virtually at the snap of our fingers. Our website was functional just hours after I sent in our inaugural postings.
My staff and I love the convenience and cost-effectiveness of being able to update our website information ourselves whenever we want, without having to depend on a professional Web designer to make every little change. And as others have attested, Altrue's service is outstanding. The staff have been tremendously helpful from day one, responding promptly and courteously to all questions and troubleshooting needs. They are always there to help by phone and e-mail. Altrue is uncommonly service-oriented in a world dominated by pay-by-the-minute tech support and voicemail mazes that end maliciously in busy signals!
I have seen so many organizations, especially nonprofits doing very important work, hobble along with a shoddy, outdated website or forgo one altogether because they don't believe they have the resources to develop and maintain a quality website. I really hope these groups will take advantage of Altrue's services and finally put the Internet to work for them. Altrue is a terrific resource for any organization - nonprofit, public or for-profit - seeking a good website and excellent service at a great price.'

Only rarely have I encountered a vendor with such an outstanding level of customer service and product performance as Altrue
In my 14 years' professional service to nonprofit organizations, only rarely have I encountered a vendor with such an outstanding level of customer service and product performance as Altrue. From our initial contact two years ago, and throughout our association, you and your colleagues at Altrue have distinguished yourselves as genuine servants of the philanthropic endeavor, driven daily to perform well so that your nonprofit clients are able to perform well.
On at least two occasions I can recall, you offered and then provided complementary services which improved your clients' ability to communicate with their constituency. Your grasp of nonprofits and their needs is both intuitive and inspiring. Every nonprofit experiences a welcome sense of relief when they realize their vendor actually empathizes with, and embraces, their structure and purpose. The fact that you provide such seamless, excellent service, together with a significant amount of value added, further justifies this letter and my great satisfaction in our professional relationship.
It takes a daring group of people to claim 'altruistic' intentions, especially when they are a for-profit business. Perhaps uniquely in your case, your claim is actually a promise, and it's all true.

The best part about the site is that it is very easy to change and upload new information
After almost a year of paying hosting fees with Earthlink, all those $14.95 monthly payments went down the drain because we didn't have the time and resources to build our own website. We could no longer even afford to pay for a host because we are a very small, non-profit start-up and decided to abandon the idea of having a web presence. Not long after, I came to know about Altrue and their web services. At the time, we were a finalist presenting at the Craigslist non-profit venture forum and had no web presence which was not good; we needed a website so that people whom we met with could learn more about our organization and our programs. I talked with Altrue about our situation and literally e-mailed them some information and our logo and they had our site up and running in a matter of minutes, just in time for the venture forum! The best part about the site is that it is very easy to change and upload new information, not to metion their sliding scale policy makes it possible for even the smallest organization to have a presence on the world wide web. I'm grateful such an organization exists and definitely can attest to the huge need it is filling within the non-profit sector. Thank you Altrue!

Probably the best thing about Altrue is the staff themselves
Altrue has proved to be an invaluable resource for our small international non-profit. In the past, we had a difficult time trying to update our website, as our 2 person organization has neither HTML skills nor a budget to hire a webmaster. Consequently, it was becoming painfully outdated, which was a real burden to our recruitment efforts since the Internet is our primary means of increasing our visibility.
With Altrue, we have been able to instantly and easily improve our website and update its content. Probably the best thing about Altrue is the staff themselves. They are always pleasant to work with, and go above and beyond making sure their customers are satisfied! Working with Altrue has been one of the best decisions our organization has made!

They were so willing and polite about walking me through the whole process and were eager to answer my questions
When I first heard about the Altrue website solution, I thought it did sound like a good idea and decided to present it to my non-profit organization-Homes on Treasure Island (HTI)-an affordable housing advocacy group. Our organization had already decided that we needed a website because it was getting more and more difficult to properly handle the increasing volume of interest by phone and even by e-mail because every call and e-mail had to be handled individually. This became very time consuming.
I presented the Altrue solution to my organization as a way to create a website. Some of the members were a little skeptical at first. Among the most skeptical were two web designers who hadn’t seen any of the Altrue sites. They couldn’t believe that there was a professional and easy to use site for only $19 a month without there being some sort of catch.
The two developers offered to create a website for HTI. I was appreciative that they would volunteer their time and expertise but my main concern, having worked with several non-profit organizations with dead websites, was that they would set-up the site and no one else in the organization would know how to edit or update it because none of us knew “HTML,” or any other web development programming.
In the organizations I have worked with, I have found that for some unforeseen reason, web developers inevitably have to leave the organization or for some other reason cannot work on the website. The organization would then be left with a site that could no longer serve its purpose because the information would be outdated and the money and time spent would go out the window. In the cases where we could salvage the site, it usually meant spending more money or more time to find a volunteer to get the site up and running again.
I tried to persuade our board members that the Altrue solution was indeed professional and easy to use, with no “catch.” It was so easy that a computer-illiterate person like me, who didn’t even know how to cut and paste before working with Antony at Altrue, could do it.
And as I had anticipated, only a couple of days after our initial discussion about our website options, one of the two web developers from our organization had to move away immediately, and the second was unable to take on the project because he had a few paying customers who were extremely demanding on his time. We looked into our pocket books and discovered that we had only one real option--Altrue. It took less than a week before everyone was convinced that it was THE BEST option. All of the board members now work with our site, updating it as necessary. In order to make sure the website is always current, each board member has a specific area that they are responsible for-one is responsible for the Volunteers section, another for the Events calendar, and I’m responsible for the “FAQs” section and Resources section since I do so much of the research. It’s easy and definitely not time consuming.
Besides the great website, Altrue definitely has the best people to help you too! Even though I know so little about computer terms and applications, they were so willing and polite about walking me through the whole process and were eager to answer my questions.
I would definitely recommend Altrue to every non-profit organization. I have even volunteered my time to get the word out. I really do believe that this is truly the best website solution for non-profits like mine. Thanks Altrue!

I then run into Altrue, and my life has been so much easier
The Internet can be overwhelming at times, and one of them was when I was looking for a commercial ISP to register a domain name for my website...
My work in the university requires computer technical knowledge. I develop websites, design and create databases, set and maintain listserv, teach on-line courses and give computer user support. However, when it was time to go to the outside world and get resources available on the web, i.e. a domain names, professional logo design, database support, I simply got overwhelm. It didn't matter all my knowledge and experience with computers. I could not handle the excessive and unclear information available in the web, commercials, ads, high prices, and definitely a lack of human touch and simplicity. I couldn't find an affordable service for the website of a non-profit organization that works with health workers in California.
I then run into Altrue, and my life has been so much easier. I can continue with my computer work, being creative and productive, without worrying about getting the right resources I need for my projects. I just need to contact Altrue either by phone or by email and they take care of my needs at very affordable rates.
